Kadoma simulator access
One-time purchases: JPY 480 for 6 continuous hours, JPY 1,980 for 7 continuous days, or JPY 2,980 for 30 continuous days, including tax. Available items and the final amount are shown on the product and checkout pages. Kadoma digital access has no shipping or additional platform fee.
Features by plan: JPY 480 includes free driving, the mock test, and the map with route playback; JPY 1,980 adds the demonstration and guided practice; JPY 2,980 also adds route memorization, the route memory test and the third-person view. If you hold several plans, the highest one applies.
Access begins when the server first confirms payment for that order and runs continuously. Pausing, leaving, refreshing or changing mode does not extend access, and there is no automatic renewal. Signed-in purchases belong to that account. You may also pay before signing in, then sign in or register in the same browser and link the order to use it. Linking does not restart the access period.
Upgrades: within 7 days after a lower plan's payment is confirmed, you can pay the difference between the plans (JPY 1,500, JPY 2,500 or JPY 1,000) to move to a higher plan. The new term starts when the upgrade payment is confirmed; the original order is not extended and the difference is not refunded. Plans cannot be lowered.
The free trial requires sign-in and provides 30 minutes of first-person free driving per account per day, without the course map or minimap, resetting at midnight Japan time.
Production services and quotations
Filming, motion graphics, editing, subtitles and commercial photography are quoted for each project. Reference prices on the existing business pages are in JPY excluding tax. Travel, locations, narration, additional versions and the final total are confirmed before work starts.
Scope, payment dates, delivery and cancellation follow the quotation or agreement confirmed in advance. Paying for a service does not automatically confirm a booking, deliver a finished work or grant simulator access.
Payment and delivery
Payment is collected once through Stripe Checkout. Available payment methods and payment deadlines are shown at checkout. Paid features are unavailable until payment is confirmed. Digital access is granted after confirmation; production services follow the agreed schedule.
Cancellation and refunds
After digital access is activated, changes of mind or unused time are not refundable. For duplicate charges, payment without access being unlocked, or a website fault preventing use, contact us with your order number. We will verify the issue and arrange a refund.
Cancellation and refunds for production services follow the quotation or prior agreement. A refund request is not a completed refund. A confirmed full refund revokes access granted by that order.
